If you go heavy and keep a fast pace, this will be a Hard Workout! Make sure you know how to do all the exercises correctly from the “How To Strength Exercises video and other How To PDF files, all listed in the Strength Training category. Make sure to go deep on all squats. The hip joint needs to go below the knee joint! By now you should be going heavier on the weights. It should be difficult to get the last few reps. Keep using perfect techniques! Even when doing pushups keep the abs and gluts turned on hard (80% of max strength). The 3 minute cardio or Calisthenics sessions will keep a good blood flow going. We do not want too much lactic acid pump!
