This PDF file shows and explains (text) how to do these two exercises with Dumbbells, in case you don’t have a squat bar or curl bar. Even if you do, dumbbells are a good way to change things up from time to time. I don’t have curls in any of my motocross workouts because they can cause arm pump in most riders. But they are in this PDF file in case you want to try them at some point.
